Florida SBDC @ UWF is hosting "Intellectual Property: Protect Your Business from Inevitable Disputes." Nevin Shaffer, Patent Attorney, Intellectual Property Law Professor and Florida Board Certified IP Specialist will guide attendees through the do's and don'ts in business ventures, how to protect your business name, logo, and products, the steps one should take to obtain a patent, trademark or copyright, employee and non-disclosure agreements.
